Gusset With D Cut

A gusseted pouch with a D-cut: is a specialized packaging structure designed to combine high volume with easy portability. The structure consists of a standard pouch body with "gussets"—extra folds of material tucked into the sides or the bottom—which expand when filled to create a rectangular or box-like shape. To facilitate carrying, a D-shaped handle is die-cut through the reinforced header at the top of the pouch. This "D-cut" is precisely punched out of the multiple layers of film, providing a comfortable, ergonomic grip for the consumer without compromising the airtight integrity of the product compartment below the seal.
