Centre Seal Pouch
A center sealed pouch: is constructed by taking a single flat sheet of packaging film and wrapping it into a continuous tube so that the two edges meet and overlap at the center of the back. These edges are heat-sealed together to form a vertical "spine" or seam, which acts as the main structural backbone of the bag. Once this tube is formed, the bottom is pinched and heat-sealed horizontally to create a floor for the product, while the top is sealed in the same manner after the pouch has been filled. Because the vertical seal is located in the center, the two sides of the pouch remain seamless folds, allowing the package to expand naturally into a "pillow" shape that provides high burst resistance and maximum internal volume.
